About Me
My name is Sade Law, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Gottman Level 1 & 2 trained, and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I specialize in working with couples, children, families, and veterans who are navigating challenges such as relationship struggles, infidelity, ADHD, parent-child communication breakdowns, trauma, depression, and grief.
In my work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Oaklander Model to support meaningful change. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to take the lead as the experts of their own lives. In our first few sessions, you can expect a collaborative process—together we’ll explore your concerns, identify goals, and begin working toward both healing and building the fulfilling life and relationships you deserve.
What makes my practice unique is the way I approach therapy. I aim for our conversations to feel natural, comfortable, and unscripted, while still rooted in effective clinical methods. Clients often describe me as warm, empathetic, and genuinely curious. My goal is to foster connection while guiding the process of healing and growth in a way that feels authentic.
I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe in the resilience of individuals and families. I love helping couples repair and rebuild their marriages—even in the aftermath of infidelity—transforming pain into the foundation for a stronger, more meaningful partnership. I find joy in supporting families to restore communication, and I am especially dedicated to helping children and adults with ADHD uncover their strengths, navigate their challenges, and recognize their potential.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to helping clients not just cope, but thrive—creating healthy relationships, stronger families, and a more fulfilling life.
