About Me
Do you struggle with racing thoughts, disorganization, or the feeling that you're constantly playing catch-up? Are relationship conflicts leaving you drained and disconnected? Maybe anxiety or depression weighs you down, making everyday life feel like an uphill battle.
These challenges don’t have to define your life—with the right support, meaningful change is possible.
I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method. I am trained in both Level 1 and Level 2 of the Gottman Method and am a trained Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader. I help adults and couples develop practical strategies for managing ADHD symptoms, improving communication, and rebuilding connection. For children with ADHD, I use the Oaklander Model, which empowers them to discover their strengths in a way that feels natural and engaging. My focus is always on finding effective, real-world solutions.
With experience as both a school therapist and couples counselor, I've helped many clients navigate similar challenges. My office is a judgment-free space where we'll work together to understand your unique situation and create a clear path forward.
