Couples Therapy
Rekindle. Repair. Grow – Together.
In my couples therapy practice, I help partners reconnect, heal, and grow through a compassionate and collaborative process. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply looking to deepen your bond, I provide a supportive space where both partners feel heard and valued.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Experiential techniques, and the Oaklander Sand Tray Model, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. These methods allow us to address challenges with empathy and clarity, while building practical tools for long-term change.
Together, we’ll work to:
Strengthen communication
Resolve conflict in healthy ways
Rebuild trust and intimacy
Deepen emotional connection
Every relationship faces struggles — but with the right support, growth is not only possible, it’s powerful. Let’s take that step together.

Sliding Scale Services with Open Path Collective
DescriptI believe therapy should be accessible and affordable for everyone. That’s why I partner with Open Path Collective, a nonprofit network dedicated to connecting clients with therapists who offer reduced-rate sessions. Through this program, I am able to provide sliding scale services to individuals, couples, and families who may not otherwise have access to ongoing therapy.
With Open Path, you’ll pay a one-time lifetime membership fee of $65 directly to the collective, which gives you access to their nationwide network of therapists. Once you are a member, my session fees through Open Path range from $40–$70 for individuals and $40–$80 for couples or families.
If you are interested in working together through Open Path, you can sign up directly on their website and select my profile, or reach out to me and I will guide you through the process.
This option allows you to receive quality, consistent therapy at a reduced rate while still accessing the same level of care, support, and commitment I offer in all of my sessions goes here
